We can calculate Idle time and in-transit time by the help of Analytics section in Tookan.
In-transit time is calculates from when the beginning of task to completion.
Each task will have its own in transit time. It’s calculated separately for pickup and delivery task which is performed by an agent.

Above all Real Time enables you to monitor the Task Status. Firstly, Task status shown as completed, assigned or unassigned. Secondly, The agent status can be busy, free or inactive.
However the data would be shown in charts and tabular format. It also shows graphical reports about Total Tasks, Task Efficiency, Distance Based Productivity. The data which is viewable could be of today. 7 days ago or 30 days ago.
