difference between pricing and earning is that Pricing refers to the delivery charge that we take from the customers for each task or order placed by the customer.
Whereas Earning is the commission that agent gets while doing that task. you can calculate it based on the various rules available in the settings.
the extension allows you to track your agent’s earnings & task pricing with configurable rule settings. Once activated the data is displayed in the Analytics section on Dashboard as well as in Agent App.
Steps:
1. firstly Activate the add-on from Tookan Extensions
2. secondly Go to- Dashboard > Settings > Templates > Select a template > Edit > Task Pricing & Agent Earning > Add Rule
3. consequently A pop-up box opens up for adding a Rule
4. Enter the values in the fields and Save it.
5.finally Select that template while creating a task to apply that rule for that task.
Your Rule is configured.
Note: You can have more than one rule for a template. The latest rule will be active.
