How to Integrate your Shopify Account with Tookan?

Shopify Inc. is a Canadian e-commerce company headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario. The company provides an e-commerce platform for online stores and point-of-sale systems for retail outlets. The e-commerce platform allows you to provide your store with a seamless digital ordering experience or launch a multi-vendor ordering platform without coding.

The Tookan integration with Shopify will allow orders placed on your Shopify store to flow to Tookan. This integration allows delivery task creation, task assignment, task completion, and delivery status tracking via Tookan.

The integration process is very simple and takes only a few minutes to set up.

Here’s a step-by-step guide:

1. If you already have an account on Shopify, Kindly proceed by logging in to your Shopify store. (https://admin.shopify.com/), else proceed by creating an account on the platform, establishing your Shopify store, and then logging in. 

2. After Logging into your store, Go to Shopify app store using the provided link and search for Tookan (https://apps.shopify.com/).

3. Click on Tookan and then install it.

4. Click on Install app.

5. Sign up your account on Tookan.

6. When you successfully sign up to the account, choose the plan as per your choice and then you will be redirected to the Shopify dashboard page to accept the charges

7. Click on the approve button to approve your charges.

8. After approving the charges, you will be redirected to the Tookan Dashboard.

9. Now, The integration of Tookan with Shopify is completed and your tasks will seamlessly move from Shopify to Tookan. This is 2-way integration. Order status updates will be sent from Tookan to Shopify(like out for delivery, delivered, failed delivery).

10. The order is created on Shopify as shown below.

11. After the order is created, click on Fulfill Item to move the order to Tookan.

12. Once Fulfilled, the order is shown on Tookan as below.

13. You can update order status on Tookan, say In Progress.

14. The corresponding status is reflected on Shopify.
