How to Integrate your Zomato Xtreme Account with Tookan?

The integration process is very simple and takes only a few minutes to set up. Here’s a step by step guide:

1. Register the Merchant Account with Zomato Xtreme. Give the below details to complete the registration process.

Merchant Info : E-mail address, Phone no 

Address Details : Address of Merchant. 

Category: To which category the orders placed will belong to. 

2. Onboarding is complete, Merchant gets confirmation mail to the registered email id, and can login in to Merchant Dashboard by clicking on the following link:

3. Next, Follow the below steps to proceed further.

  •  Proceed with “Login with Email”. 
  • Enter the registered email id and click on “SEND LINK”.
  •  Please follow the steps provided in the received mail. 

4. Once you reach the merchant Dashboard, click on the Profile button as shown below and go to the API tab.

5. Get your client Id and client secret from there.

6. Go to Tookan Extensions page (  and search for Delivery Orchestration and click on it.

7. Click on the Activate button.

8. Go to Tookan DashBoard (
and click on the setting tab from the left side menu.

9. Click on the Delivery Orchestration tab and search for the Xtreme in the given list and select the fields as per your requirement.

10. Click on the button as shown in image below and then click on Edit.

11. Fill in all the details and to receive webhook updates from Zomato Xtreme, configure your webhook URL by contacting the Zomato Xtreme Team.

12. Enable the extension as shown below. 

13. Now, Integration of Zomato Xtreme with Tookan is completed and tasks will move from Tookan to Xtreme successfully. Your orders will now appear on the Zomato Xtreme dashboard as in the screenshot.
