August 2024 Panther Latest Updates
Features:
- Yelo Q-Commerce Integration:
Panther now integrates with the Yelo Q-Commerce platform, enabling customers to purchase products and services after appointments. This is ideal for cases like buying medicines after a doctor’s consultation, sports equipment after a training session, or ebooks after tutoring.
- Multi-Language Content Pages:
Admins can now create content pages in multiple languages, allowing customers to view pages in their selected language for a more personalized experience. - Hiding Emails in Google Calendar Notifications:
The expert’s email will now be hidden from Google Calendar notifications, preserving privacy for experts on the platform.
Bug Fixes:
Trial Slot Email Notification Fix: We’ve fixed the issue where customers and experts were not receiving the meeting link in their email notifications for trial slots, ensuring seamless communication.
July 2024 Updates
Features:
- Expert-Client Pre-Appointment Chat:
Experts can now message customers before an appointment begins. Experts can view the booking details and initiate a conversation by clicking the message button from their dashboard.
- Onboarding Tutorial for Experts:
Once experts sign up, the onboarding process guides them to set up working hours, add service listings, link their bank accounts, and create service packages.
- Analytics Dashboard:
Admins can now access an analytics dashboard showing the number of registered customers and experts, as well as platform revenue.
Bug Fixes:
- Homepage Speed Optimization:
We have optimized the homepage speed, allowing all expert listings to load faster along with the categories. - Optimized Course and Post Screens:
Both the courses and posts screens on the customer side have been enhanced for quicker loading and better performance. - Profile Image and Cover Photo Fix:
Fixed the issue of incorrect dimensions for profile images and cover photos, ensuring a smoother experience for experts.
