Twilio is a cloud communications platform as a service (CPaaS) company. It allows users to make and receive phone calls, send and receive text messages, and perform other communication functions using its web service APIs.

Twilio in PANTHER

Twilio in Panther can be used to help users signup through phone numbers and also enables admins to send booking reminders to users on their phone numbers.

Twilio Configuration

 

To Confirgure Twilio in Panther, login to the Admin Dashboard> Advanced Settings> SMS Preferences > Select SMS Gateway > Twilio and enable the features you want to use from the 4 options available.
Once enabled, add Account SID , Auth Token and Twilio Phone Number
