Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy is to be configured at the admin level and enable users of the platform to cancel an order. Admin can add the cancellation policy defining the cancellation amount to be deducted at different level   (i.e when the order is still pending or accepted).

Cancellation policy can be further subdivided into 2 scenarios

1. Custom– Wherein the customer cancels an order stating a custom reason and not selecting from the list of reasons added by the admin

2. Predefined– Wherein the customer cancels an order, choosing the reason of cancellation from the listed reasons by the admin
