Block Customers In The Marketplace
If you suspect any suspicious activity from a customer, you can block them from your Marketplace.
At the Yelo dashboard, blocking customers is an easy process. Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Log in to your Yelo account and access your Marketplace dashboard.
Step 2: From the menu sidebar, go to General > Customers
Step 3: You will see a list of customers on the right side of the page. Look for the customer ID that you want to block.
Step 4: Click on the three dots that correspond to the customer ID that you want to block. You will get three options:
Step 5: Select ‘Block’ to block the customer from using your services.
Step 6: Once you click the block, a confirmation message will pop up on the screen. It will say, “Are you sure you want to block the customer?”. Select ‘Confirm’.
And that’s it, you have successfully blocked an annoying customer!
If you wish to unblock, follow the same steps as above. Instead of ‘Block’, you will see ‘Unblock’. Click on ‘Unblock’.
