Steps to Integrate Custom DMS on Yelo
- Accessing Integration Settings:
- Log in to your Yelo Admin Dashboard.
- Navigate to the “Integration > Configure DMS” section.
- Select Custom DMS:
- Choose the “Custom DMS” option.
- Click on “Add New” to begin the integration process.
- Configuration:
- Fill in the required details.
- DMS Name : Custom DMS name. (eg : Dunzo, WooDelivery)
- Email : If there’s an error while sending a webhook, information will be sent to the provided email.
- URL : User defined endpoint to which order creation payload will be sent from Yelo.
- Auth Token : Use to validate the received payloads. Will be sent in the X-Yelo-Token in HTTP header.
- Save Configuration.
- Fill in the required details.
- Testing Integration:
- Perform a test delivery to ensure the integration is successful.
- Check for any error messages/email sent to your configured email ID.
- Monitoring and Optimisation:
- Monitor your delivery operations using the Yelo dashboard.
