Introduce Virtual Consultations with Ease on Yelo

Yelo now makes it easy to facilitate virtual consultations by integrating meet links into the order process. Follow this step-by-step guide to enable and use this feature seamlessly.

Step 1: Enable the Consultancy Extension

1. Log in to your Yelo Admin Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Extensions.
3. Search for the Consultancy extension and enable it.

Step 2: Configure Virtual Meet as the Default Delivery Method

1. Go to Configure > Order Settings > Delivery.
2. Under the list of delivery methods, select Virtual Meet.
3. Set it as the default delivery method.

Step 3: Placing an Order with Virtual Meet

1. On the customer-facing website, a customer selects a service or product requiring consultation.
2. During checkout, the delivery method will default to Virtual Meet.

Step 4: Accessing the Meet Link

Once the order is placed:

For Customers:

• The meet link will be available in the Order Summary within the Customer Order History section.

For Admins:

• The meet link will be accessible in the Order Summary under the admin’s dashboard, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the consultation details.
