Stakeholders in HIPPO
Stakeholders can be the users of the HIPPO platform. There are two key users of the HIPPO dashboard and the mobile application:
- Administrator: The administrator has full access to all the functions and can configure the business settings, and add and manage: contacts, agents, campaigns, etc. The administrator can also access analytics and manage operational settings w.r.t chat, ticketing, and engagement automation.
- Agent: Agents are the chat support who attend to chats assigned to them and or ticketing agents who provide support services on tickets created on the business. Agents are added by the administrator and have restricted access.
