Surveys let you collect information from the users via a form. You can easily create and share online forms and surveys, and analyze responses in real-time.


Create a Survey

You can create an online form easily. To create a survey go to Engagement Automation>> Settings>> Surveys>> Create New Survey. You can:

  1. Select from multiple question types: Short text, long text, rating, single select, multi-select
  2. Upload your business image to adjust the look and feel or reflect your organization’s branding
  3. Preview and save surveys
  4. Copy the survey link to share it externally with your customers or send in campaigns
  5. View statistics: Open count, Submit count
  6. View survey response data update in real-time
  7. Export survey responses as CSV via email
  8. Edit surveys
