Stakeholders in Tookan
Administrator: The administrator is the business owner. He/she has access to all the features and can do configurations and add & manage: tasks, teams, managers, agents, etc. The administrator can also access analytics and manage operational settings.
Manager: Managers are added by the administrator and are assigned to one or more teams to manage the operations of the assigned teams. Managers will have limited access. Admin can monitor what access he/she wants to give to them.
Agent: Agents are the delivery drivers or field executives who fulfill tasks assigned to them. Agents are added by the administrator or a manager and are assigned to one team. They complete tasks in the field using the Tookan agent app on Android or iOS.
