Push Campaigns -Yelo Helpdesk

Like the name suggests, push campaigns are designed to push customers to buy your products/services by minimizing the time between a customer discovering a product and buying that product. A push campaign is an effective marketing tool and can potentially drive up your sales if you do it right. Our platform is equipped with the right tools to help you create a robust push campaign. Here’s how you can create push campaigns on the admin dashboard:

  1. First enable the Hippo Extension from the Extension page
  2. Go to the Push Campaigns page under the Marketing section of the left sidebar
  3. In the Push Campaigns page, a list of all customers registered on your platform will be displayed
  4. You can click on the Add Filter button to filter customers you want to send the notification to. Filters available include Name, Email, Created at, Last Login, Phone Number, Unique ID and more
  5. Click on the Send Message button located on the left side of the page
  6. A pop-up screen similar to when you send an email will appear
  7. Enter the required details and choose weather you want to send an in-app message or a mobile push
  8. Once your message is ready, click on the Send button
