One of the merchants is not showing up in the search while creating an order on the admin panel, what could be the reason?
Example of the problem: In the screenshots below shared by an active client “Into the Forest” is a merchant (terminology renamed as Venue) that is enabled on the platform but while searching the venue while creating a manual order from the admin dashboard the merchant is not displayed
You may face this issue when the scheduling configuration of the merchant is set opposite to the delivery options selected while creating the order. For example, If the order delivery is on demand and the merchant scheduling configuration is set to “Scheduling” then the merchant will not be visible upon search while creating an order. Refer screenshots below:
