How to Integrate Your Stuart Account with Tookan?

The integration process is straightforward and takes only a few minutes to set up.

Here’s a step-by-step guide:

  1.  Go to Stuart Sign Up or Login Page by clicking on the following link and create an account: (https://dashboard.stuart.com/sign-up)


  1. Click on the icon as shown in the image below and then go to Settings.

  1. Click on the Integration shown on the left-hand side to get your Stuart Credentials, i.e. Client ID and Client Secret.


4. Go to the Tookan Extensions page (https://extensions.tookanapp.com/addons), search for Delivery Orchestration, and click on it.

5. Click on the Activate button.

6. Go to Tookan DashBoard (https://app.tookanapp.com/#/app/dashboard) and click on the Setting tab from the left side menu.

7 .  Click on the Delivery Orchestration tab search for Stuart in the given list and select the given fields as per your requirement.

8.  Click on the button as shown in the image below and then click on Edit.

9.  Fill in all the details using your Stuart Credentials copy the Webhook URL and then click on Update.

 

10. To receive webhook order updates from Stuart, configure your Tookan webhook URL on the Stuart Dashboard. Follow the instructions to set up: 

  • Go to settings on the Stuart Dashboard and then click on the Integration show on the left-hand side.
  • Click on the Add new endpoint and configure your above-copied webhook URL  as shown in the image below

11. Enable the extension as shown below.



12. Integration of Stuart with Tookan is completed and tasks will move from Tookan to Stuart successfully. You can view your orders on the Stuart dashboard.
