About Agent Meal:
This add-on allows you to Manage the Meal offering of the Agent with configurable rule settings. Once activated the Agent Meals tab will be displayed in the Settings section on Dashboard as well as Earning tab in Agent App. You can set different Meals Rates on the basis of teams and fleets.
How Agent Meals add on is this helpful?
This feature will help you monitor the meals you offer to your Agents. With this extension, you can easily maintain the record of the meal cycle. You can create rules according to your use case and track your agent meal cycle seamlessly.
Follow the following Steps carefully:
1. Activate “Agent Meal” add-on from Tookan Extensions
2. Go to- Dashboard > Settings > Agent Meals -> Add a rule.
3.Things to keep in check while creating rules:
a. While creating a rule, you can select Entities to Apply Rule for – Multiple Fleets, Multiple Teams or for All Fleets
b. A rule has configurable properties – Meal Price – the price you want to charge the Agent for one meal; Max Meal Count – Maximum Number of meals available to an agent in a day
4. After creating the rule please check:
a. After adding the rule successfully, you can go to the Meal section under “Agent Meals” and mark the Agent’s meal accordingly.
b. Under History section you can see all the transactional data (Summary) like shown below:
c. The deducted amount per meal will be shown to the Agent in the Agent App over Agent Wallet Transactions.
