Tookan Integration with Deal POS

The Tookan integration with Deal POS streamlines the end-to-end ordering and delivery operations. 

Now you can automatically send Deal POS orders to your Tookan account directly and start dispatching, tracking, and managing the deliveries to be fulfilled out in the field!

Deal POS is an online point-of-sale solution for a retail business that automates inventory control, credit sales, and commission processes.

Designed for small and medium-sized businesses, it is a web-based POS solution that helps manage operations for inventory, credit sales, employee shifts, stock recording and more.

Deal POS pricing starts at $15.00 per feature, per month. They do not have a free version. DealPOS offers a free trial.

The Tookan integration with Deal POS is very simple and takes only a few minutes to set up. Here’s a step by step guide:

Step1: 

Go to the extension section of Tookan, search for Deal POS and click on Activate. After activating kindly fill in the details.

Dealpos credentials

1.  DOMAIN NAME: Add the domain name- get it from the Deal POS web link.

2. CLIENT SECRET KEY: Go to Deal POS Dashboard >> My profile >> Developer API >> Copy to clipboard

3. CLIENT ID: This is the username of your Deal POS

Tookan settings:

1. TIMEZONE: Retrieved from https://timezones.tookanapp.com/. 
2. PICK_BUFFER: Buffer time in minutes to pick your order. 
3. DROP_BUFFER: Buffer time in minutes to drop your order.
4. GEOFENCE: Enable this toggle, if you’re willing to apply Geofence on Tookan i.e. Tasks will be Aligned to the Agents according to their Geofence.
5. AUTO-ASSIGNMENT: By enabling this, you can use the auto allocation algorithm configured on Tookan for the jobs created from Square POS.

Step 2:

After adding in the details click on submit, and you will get a webhook URL, copy it.

Step 3:

Now go to the Deal POS dashboard and paste the webhook URL in the outlet section of webhook URL configurations. Follow the steps as mentioned below.

Go to Set up >> Click on menu on top right corner >> Click on Webhook configurations >> Go to outlet >> Paste the URL copied for Tookan extensions here.
