Why are restaurants showing closed in the application?
You may face this issue due to configuration issues either at the restaurant or marketplace level.
- If all the restaurants are showing as closed at the same time, it may mean that on a specific day the marketplace is set to close all day or open for a specific time. Please note that the marketplace setting will override individual restaurants’ availability configuration and show all restaurants as closed. In such case please check your “Marketplace Timings”. Go to Yelo Admin Dashboard>Configure>General Settings>Marketplace>MarketplaceTimings. Refer screenshot below:
- If a specific restaurant is showing closed, please check the restaurant configuration and check date-wise and time-wise availability for that restaurant. Refer screenshot below:
