The task ‘Complete before’ date is showing as the order creation date instead of the scheduled date, the task being created via WooCommerce integration.
If you encounter this issue, it means that you may not have enabled the “Scheduling Configuration” while activating the WooCommerce extension in Tookan. Kindly enable the scheduling configuration:
Go to Tookan Dashboard>Extensions>WooCommerce> Activate/Configure>Slide the toggle to delivery or pick and delivery as per use case>Scheduling Configuration>Enter custom meta date and meta time key.
Please note the information regarding the custom meta date key and custom meta time key will be available with your WooCommerce developer
