“Name of merchant and the merchant address is not displayed on tasks created via WooCommerce integration”

If you encounter this issue, please follow the checks below for configuration:

  1. The pickup and delivery module must be enabled for creating both pickup and delivery tasks in Tookan.To enable this module go to Tookan Dashboard>Extensions>WooCommerce>Activate/Configure>Slide the toggle to Pick and Delivery. Refer screenshot below:
  1. The “Single Address Pickup” or “Customer Side Pickup” module must not be enabled. Refer screenshot below:
  1.  For the use case of a multi-merchant marketplace, you must enable and configure the “Dokan” module. Refer screenshot below:

In case the above configurations are correct and the issue still persists then reach out to our support team with a request to replicate the issue. Be sure to include Tookan and WooCommerce admin account credentials: ID and Password, consent to create test orders/tasks, and a screenshot or step-by-step video with a brief of the problem faced.
