Can I hide some information from my agents in tasks that are created via API integration?

“My Tookan app is integrated with the Shopify store. So I want to restrict some information received from Shopify, our drivers should not see this information. Is that possible?”
Yes, it is possible.
You can use Custom Templates to adjust the information being viewed/edited/hidden by the agents. Kindly ensure the below-mentioned checks:
- You must ensure that the labels used inside the metadata are the same as the custom template field names that you are using in Tookan. Refer screenshot below:
In case you are using separate templates where you are receiving tasks from different modes example from the Tookan customer application as well as Shopify integration, in that case, create task API handling needs to be done by our team such that in the API call from Shopify the labels inside the metadata are pushed to the relevant template.
