Route optimization rescues you from hours of manual planning and provides you with the most efficient routes as per your business needs. Advance routes settings give you full control over your routes. QMake dynamic changes in optimized routes and re-optimize to beat the unforeseen changes leading to enhanced customer experience.

Note: Once this add-on is enabled, charges will be applied on all the tasks created whether RO is used on those tasks or not.
OPTIMIZE ROUTE FOR ALL UNASSIGNED TASKS:
- Step 1– Click on the ‘Routing’ button (at the bottom of Tasks bar) and a pop-up will open. Select all the unassigned tasks in the pop-up and click Next. For eg. 10 tasks selected.
- Step 2– Set the max. and min. number of tasks to be assigned per agent and then select the agents for optimizing route (For eg. 2 agents), click Optimize Route.
- Step 3– Click on a particular agent in the agent bar in order to view the optimized path.
Q- Do we have a route optimization API?
We do not have a Route Optimization API on Tookan.
Q- How can you edit the route after optimizing it?
It is feasible to edit the route after optimizing. After the task assigning, kindly go to the agent details, and then you can re-optimize the route of the tasks.
