Agent Incentive
Agent incentive add on or extension provides you a wallet.
keep a record of all the transactions done by an agent.
It’s a seamless way to integrate the task pricing with the agent wallet.
You can enable debit from wallet option as per your requirement.
If you enable Debit from Wallet then the amount will debit automatically and once the amount reaches zero or negative, the agent will not receive a task until the admin/manager changes the amount for the agent.
If you disable Debit from Wallet then the amount will add automatically. You can also configure a threshold limit for the wallet which when the amount exceeded, the agent will no more receive a task until the admin/manager changes the amount for the agent from the tookan admin or manager app or platform.
This can be useful for use cases where the agent takes cash on delivery and he has to deposit back the money after collecting a certain amount (threshold amount in our case)
Admin can manage wallet from dashboard
similarly Agent can view the wallet in the app.
hence this helps to Maintain record of transactions done by the agent
